*Depending on whom your wireless service carrier is and which country you are residing, in some cases, you "might" have to call your wireless service provider to enable your GSM sim card to be able to receive "Data Call".

Q1. I have a hard time receiving fax, is there something wrong with the device?

A1. No. There is nothing wrong with the device. Please make sure that the device is placed at the location where it can receive strong signal. If you are unable to receive strong signal or the signal is on and off, you will need signal booster antenna ( or you may choose our latest GSM to Fax device which comes with signal booster antenna and allow G3 fax). In addition, in some cases, you might have to call your carrier to ask if your service allows data call. Some carriers might have no clues about what you are asking, in that case, you will have to make sure your service plan includes data plan.
