Can the Hi-Phone be used as a voice modem?
Yes. The Hi-Phone can be used as a voice modem for voice telephony applications, with better voice quality, additional telephony features and full audio duplex, but it cant send or receive modem data, or be used as a fax. It can receive and send caller id data, and detect fax tones.
Is the Hi-Phone a modem?
